ARTIST STATEMENT:
For this project, I am artistically blending the worlds of Museum Fabrication/Model-making and my newfound passion for crafting art from recycled Pickleballs.
The Visions Of The Wild Environment hero I was given is Ron Findley, the Gangster Gardener.
My mission is to capture Ron Finley's Parkway Demonstration Garden, where planting carrots in a sidewalk parkway sparked urban sustainability. Featuring accents inspired by his iconic watering can and the ever-inspiring shovel that tilled the soil of possibility.
